State Farm® Insurance Agent Robert Tijerina

"Do not hire this insurance agent!! He added on a vehicle to my policy without confirming with me and never got a response from me or my spouse about adding this car on to my $608 car insurance! For years we have payed out policy and have never had one Conversation with this agent Robert Tijerina! I called because I was upset that one of his staff members I talked to a month ago about wanting to add another car to my never Melissa told me I couldn’t because I was behind on my payment for the month. So how is it that same day on the 20th it was added! Melissa staff told me she would get back to me and never did! So why is this all my fault! Your staff member was the one that gave me wrong info that it could not be added the day I called in so I decided never mind ! So now low and behold it was added to my policy without my knowledge! Car sat a whole month because I thought we had no insurance! So I guess the staff and Robert can just add it on their own with our proper signatures or any responses from me from text message or emails! They just assumed and added a vehicle we don’t have anymore and is in another country and now they want me to pay an extra $120 dollars on a vehicle we had sat for months because we had no insurance and come to find out we had insurance we never authorized or signed for! I told Robert how unprofessional he was at handling this situation and he still says he’s going by a text message and email he sent me that I never received or responded to that I authored coverage! This agent is money hungry and is crooked and all he does is absolutely zero for his customers and does not care to fix the situation! He’s willing to loose us as customers for well over 8 years over $100 dollars verses the $609 we pay monthly! Absolutely disgusted!! Her is the text messages from Aug 20 that I never recorded as you can see in the text s text shot ! All they sent was a text to make my payment on Aug 21 just to collect smh?! I never received any of the text messages or email they supposedly sent! Here are the text and email they sent me that their saying I received! Do not hire this agent!! Beware!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by a phone call I received today from Melissa. She called to inform me that I was going to pay less on my monthly car insurance…AWESOME!!! You typically don’t get those types of phone calls from Insurance Companies so I was very appreciative that she took the time to reach out with such great news. She was very kind and offered her services in case I would be interested in the future. She was not pushy, not persistent just very professionally accepted my “not at this time” comment. That is SUPERB customer service. I moved over to Robert Tijerina’s State Farm office several years ago from another State Farm office and I have been extremely happy with all their staff. I’ve worked with Victoria in the past as well as with Mr. Tijerina when I came on board with his office. The level of customer service everyone in this office provides is simply THE BEST. If I could rate it a 10 I definitely would."
